**IMPORTANT PILATES UPDATE**
We will be discontinuing our Pilates classes early in October this year. Our final classes will take place on Thursday 8th October 2026, and all classes are now open and available to book to this date.
This has not been an easy decision. Pilates has been an important part of our clinic for many years, and we know this news will be disappointing for many of you.

We offer a wide-ranging timetable, with MAT classes from beginners (level 1) through to intermediate (level 3/4). Classes are open to all genders.
